A deposit of half the purchase price is required before production begins. Half of the deposit will be refunded if the order is canceled within one week of being placed. After one week, the deposit is non-refundable.
Order will be shipped within the continental United States via UPS. Full payment, including shipping charges and sales tax (for orders purchased from or shipped to a Maine address) is required before the order is shipped. A final invoice will be e-mailed to the customer detailing the balance due.
While optimal turn-around time is 2-3 weeks, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Rush orders can be shipped within 10 days of order for an additional charge of $200.
